“The Stache homemade wine concept was inspired by my dad making homemade wine in our house since about 1983 with the help from family and friends. As I got a little older I was also able to join them and learn about the process. I’ll never forget the smell of the fermenting grapes, in crates stacked taller than me when they were delivered to us. This homemade wine was a staple at the family dinner table, and is also the most important ingredient of a unique family recipe from back in Italy called “Scattone” which is a pasta appetizer that we ate every Sunday and on special occasions.” - Gianni Donofrio, Creator/Owner
