Returns and Exchanges

SHIPPING
Free domestic shipping on orders $200 or more.

We will only ship to the billing/verified address of your payment method.

Kicks Lounge will automatically provide a tracking number once your order has shipped via confirmation e-mail. Most orders will ship within 24 hours, however please allow up to 5 business days for processing during high traffic times like the holiday season. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
 Kicks Lounge cannot ship Nike, Jordan, and Timberland products outside of the United States.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


RETURNS
Returns are allowed up to 10 days from the date of your order. You must contact us via email (support@kickslounge.com) and request a return authorization number. We will send you with a shipping label to return the item and your refund will be reduced $9.99 for the return shipping.

Personal items such as headwear, socks, under garments, swimwear, jewelry, and watches are all final sale, and cannot be returned. All sale items 50% off or more and gift cards are considered final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Limited releases/draw items are final purchase and are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item returned is used, worn, washed, or with the original tags unattached, the customer is responsible for shipping payment within 14 days upon product inspection. International orders are all final sale and not eligible for returns.

If your item is defective, or if Kicks Lounge has made a mistake on your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. All other return rules will apply to this item.


REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued only in the form of the original payment method. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when the refund has been processed. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take additional time before being credited to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse any return/refund requests if it does not adhere to the guidelines above.

In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please contact us immediately. Packages lost by the shipping carrier will be our responsibility. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we have no responsibility and/or liability of the package.

All fees, charges, and taxes incurred on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that any fees, duties, or taxes are not calculated at checkout, they will be payable upon delivery of the package which will be Delivered Duty Unpaid or DDU. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
